This policy explains how AnimeStoreHQ handles personal information when you browse our store, place an order or contact us.

Information we receive
When you use checkout or contact us, we may receive your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, and phone number where requested for order processing or delivery. Order information includes the products and variants ordered, quantities, order totals, order notes and order numbers.
When you ask for support, we receive the messages and information you provide. If you report a damaged, misprinted or incorrect item, this may include photographs showing the issue.
Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requests needed to deliver pages, maintain sessions and protect the service.
Checkout and customer accounts
Guest checkout is currently enabled. Public account registration, account creation during checkout and registration on My Account are currently disabled. If you already have an account, information associated with that account may be used to manage access and provide account or order services. These options may change as the store develops.
How we use information
We use relevant information to process orders; arrange production, fulfillment and shipping; provide customer support; manage refunds and replacements; send transactional communications; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain website and security functionality; and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers and fulfillment
Relevant information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the store, including hosting and email providers, our WordPress/WooCommerce website infrastructure, fulfillment partners and shipping carriers. We share information needed for the service being provided.
Order information necessary for production and delivery may be provided to fulfillment and shipping partners. This may include the recipient’s name, delivery address, contact details where required, ordered item or variant and quantity.
Payments
No payment gateway is currently live. When payment methods are enabled, payment information will be processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. AnimeStoreHQ does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on its own website servers.
We may update this policy when payment providers or additional services are enabled.
Transactional and support email
Order, account and support communications are sent through AnimeStoreHQ’s email infrastructure and may contain information necessary to service your order, account or support request. Our official support address is support@animestorehq.com.
Cookies and external resources
We use functional cookies and similar storage where needed for the cart, checkout and session functionality, and logged-in state where applicable. WooCommerce Order Attribution is disabled, and we do not currently use an active advertising or analytics tracking stack.
Some pages request external font resources. Those requests may disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser request details to the resource provider. This supports the website’s typography.
How long we keep information
Our operational retention approach is:
- Pending unpaid orders: up to 30 days.
- Failed unpaid orders: up to 30 days.
- Cancelled unpaid orders: up to 90 days.
- Inactive customer accounts: up to 24 months of inactivity, where applicable.
- Support messages: normally up to 6 months after resolution.
- Issue photographs: normally up to 90 days after resolution.
These periods describe our operational approach and are not a promise of automatic deletion. Transaction and order records, including completed and refunded orders, may be retained for longer where necessary for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal and regulatory requirements. Relevant information may also be kept while an issue or obligation remains unresolved.
Privacy requests
You may contact support@animestorehq.com to request access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available to you under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling sensitive requests.
Nothing in this policy limits privacy or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
International operation
AnimeStoreHQ serves customers internationally. Providers involved in hosting, fulfillment, shipping, email and future payment processing may process information in different countries.
