Made to order
Most orders are prepared within approximately 2–5 business days before shipping. Preparation can occasionally take longer because of product availability, order volume, or other operational factors.
United States shipping
AnimeStoreHQ primarily serves US customers. Standard shipping after production generally takes approximately 1–8 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
International shipping
International shipping generally takes approximately 1–20 business days after production, depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping method.
AnimeStoreHQ ships to most countries worldwide, subject to carrier, legal, and product-specific restrictions. Not every product can be shipped to every country.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other local fees. Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are prepaid, they may be your responsibility.
Delivery addresses
You are responsible for entering an accurate and complete delivery address. If an order must be reshipped because you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply.
