Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase in your jurisdiction. Minors should use the store only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision where required.
Made-to-order products
Our products are made to order. Product images and mockups are illustrative. Minor differences in color or placement may occur because of screens, printing and manufacturing tolerances. This does not excuse defective, misprinted or incorrect items. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Prices and charges
Store prices are displayed in USD. Shipping, taxes, customs or other charges may apply and will be shown or handled as appropriate. Customs and import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy.
We may correct genuine pricing errors before fulfillment. If an order cannot reasonably be honored because of a genuine material pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount successfully paid for it.
Order receipt and acceptance
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Final acceptance is subject to successful payment authorization when payment is enabled, product availability, fraud and security checks, and acceptance for production or fulfillment.
We may reject or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled, involve obvious errors, suspected fraud or prohibited activity. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amounts will be refunded.
Cancellations
Because products are made to order, contact support@animestorehq.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Cancellation may be possible only before production or fulfillment begins. Once production has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Accurate order information
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information and selecting the correct size, color or other variant. Additional costs may apply if reshipment is required because you supplied incorrect or incomplete information.
Accounts
Where an account exists, you are responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for using the account responsibly. This clause does not mean that public account registration is currently available.
Reviews and other content
If you post reviews or other content, it must be lawful, must not be abusive, fraudulent or misleading, and must not infringe third-party rights. We may remove unlawful, abusive, spam or fraudulent content where permitted.
Website content and intellectual property
AnimeStoreHQ website design, branding, original site content and other protected material may not be copied or commercially reused without appropriate permission except where permitted by law. Third-party names, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Prohibited use
Do not use the store unlawfully, interfere with site security, carry out fraudulent transactions, introduce malicious software, misuse accounts, or use scraping or automated activity that abuses or disrupts the service.
Product availability
Products or variants may occasionally become unavailable, and we may discontinue them. If an unavailable item has been paid for and cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the affected amount.
Liability and mandatory rights
AnimeStoreHQ is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Changes and contact
